Adrosity (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides lead generation, missed call text back and follow-up services to home service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit adrosity.com, fill out a form, book a call, call our demo number or text with us, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

Information you give us. This includes your name, mobile number, email address, business name and website, trade, role, revenue range, current ad spend, your answers to our survey questions, and anything you send us in a message or on a call.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our site we receive technical details such as your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view and the site you came from. We collect this through cookies and similar tools.

Calls and texts. When you call a demo number or text us, we receive your phone number and the content of your messages.

How we use your information

• To respond to you, book and prepare your demo call, and send reminders about it
• To follow up on your inquiry by text, email or phone

• To send marketing emails where the law allows, always with a way to unsubscribe

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we use it to send messages about your demo call, replies to your questions, and follow-up related to your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Our Terms explain our texting program in more detail.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these ways:

• Service providers that help us run our business, such as our customer management and messaging platform (GoHighLevel), email and scheduling tools, and payment processors. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Advertising and analytics partners such as Meta and Google, to measure and improve our ads and website.
• Legal reasons, when we believe the law requires it or to protect our rights, safety or property.
• A business transfer, if we are involved in a merger, sale or similar change, in which case we will keep your information protected.

We use cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel and Google analytics tools, to understand how people use our site and to measure our ads. We do not sell your information. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. People in other regions may have similar rights, and you can contact us to use them.

Children

Our site and services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
